About Me
Mahesh Sharma is an accomplished and adept instructional designer, coach, and action learning facilitator. Thanks to his decade of hands-on experience in organizational development (OD) and talent development at top pharmaceutical firms he has evolved and developed his skills in instructional design, training needs identification, competency framework design, and assisting organizations in achieving business superiority through learning, organizational development, and talent with economy of time, cost, and effort.
Having graduated from Robertson Science College in Jabalpur, he completed his fellowship in strategic analysis and multinational operations from the esteemed National Defense University, Washington and also received his postgraduate certificate in human resource management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
He has received many accolades through his career, including the citation of "Most Influential HR Leaders in India" from the 2017 World HRD Congress and recognition as a Top Pharmaceutical Industry Expert by SpeakIn Asia in June 2020, among many others.
Additionally, he was awarded the President of India Plaque for finishing first in the Order of Merit while undergoing training with the Indian Air Force in 1987. He also received commendations for his outstanding national service from the Chief of the Indian Air Force and the Commander in Chief of the Eastern Air Command.
He brings his years of experience and expertise from working with companies like Dr. Reddy’s, Laurus Labs Limited, and Viatris (erstwhile Mylan) to the table. With his enthusiasm, thirst for knowledge, and drive, he has donned many hats, starting from associate director of the leadership academy at Dr. Reddy’s to Talent Development Partner at Viatris.
